Taiwan Solo

My last trip abroad from Hong Kong was a five day solo trip in Taiwan. After my initial visit, I wanted to go back to explore the nature that lies on the east coast. Suffice to say it did not disappoint. I spent my days taking the train from city to city, renting bikes, going for mountain walks, and eating delicious food at night markets. At one point on accident, I ended up eating pork fallopian tubes!
